Online pending case status, in addition to a record of all policies placed through Provada, may be obtained through the above link. You must be granted specific access to this service, provided via E-Z Data's Smart Office Online system. Please submit a support request if you would like access to this system or if you need your password reset. The username and password for Smart View is independent of Provada's website. Smart View only works with Internet Explorer. |
