| Dr. Schultz attended the University of California at Berkeley and the Washington University School of Medicine where he graduated with highest honors. Following an Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at the UCLA University Hospital, he was Chief Resident of the Medical Service and a Cardiology Fellow at the Stanford University Medical Center. From 1968-1970, he was an epidemiologist with the US Army focusing on meningitis (Ft. Lewis Washington) and malaria (Vietnam). He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He practiced as an Invasive Cardiologist for 30 years during which time he held various administrative and teaching positions as well as having extensive experience as a medical reviewer and expert witness. |
